Where do i find my incoming mail server and outgoing email server name?

I'm trying to send an email and after I've finished and try to send it, it asks for incoming mail server and outgoing email server name. Where would I find this information? thanks

Are you trying to send it through a mail program like Microsoft Outlook? If you are that has to be setup using your internet providers info. Like Verizon uses incoming.verizon.net for incoming and outgoing.verizon.net for outgoing. Youll have to get the information from whoever you got your email account with.
