I need to have emails restored from yahoo for a give set of dates. is this possible? is there a cost?

Unless you erroneously deleted the items less than 24 hours ago, you can not retrieve the items. If more than 24 hours ago, they are permanently deleted and gone forever. Lost to you, and can not be retrieved. Sorry...
