You can use YPOPs! software to get Outlook working with Yahoo. Otherwise you have to pay for yahoo mail plus ( http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com/ ) to get it to work with Outlook.

however in UK the mail server is often .co.uk not .com. I would imagine that this is the case elsewhere in the world as well.





If you are trying to set up POP3 access to your email account you may not be able to do this as it is now only available to paying subscribers. Or you need to opt for one of the weekly emails from Yahoo. There is a backdoor (legal?) and details can be found at http://www.ypopsemail.com/
