I am unable to receive emails from a certain domain on my corporate exchange server email. Help?

It is only from this one domain, and I CAN send to them, just not receive. Their domain does have a number in it so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.

Talk to your system administrator it may be that they had blocked that domain for one reason or another.
Reply:If it's a corporate computer they may have a firewall blocking that server. Check with your computer tech at work. It probably needs

administrative clearance. So you may be S.O.L.
Reply:Hello,

You will need to contact your email administrator for more information and for the exact reason(s) as to why this domain is being blocked. The domain containing a number should NOT have anything to do with the blockage.

It is possible that this domain or the sending mail server's IP address has been blacklisted and is therefore being blocked by your mail server.

In any case, your email admin should be able to "whitelist" this domain. That is, all email sent from this domain should bypass all spam checks.

Good Luck!
