but if I go to bigpond web mail and sign in for my email the message is only there once how can I fix this as my mail box is constantly full of duplicated messages
I have bigpond as email server but when I open my email box the same message is coming through 2 or 3 times?
try to contact the web mail support and ask for help on the case if you are not downloading the message.
Otherwise try to check if you not checked an option to leave a copy at the server if you use a program to download your emails.
