Any good and cheap email server for a company of 50?

There are several -- some of them free (except the cost of the server).

How about the granddaddy of them all -- Sendmail. You can run it under Linux. Lots of folks have service offerings to setup and show you how to administer opensource e-mail systems like Sendmail.

I'd heartily recommend Kevin McGrail's documentation on how to do just about anything you'd want with Sendmail found at http://peregrinehw.com

It depends on what you consider cheap, and it depends if you have a website already. You can easily find a hosting company that will host your website for 250-500 dollars a year, that will include mail server in the deal. If you consider that too expensive for a company of 50, then your not going to find what your looking for.
