I sent out an email and it was returned. I don't know if the person blocked my email or the server was unable to make a connection.
How do you know if your email message has been blocked or if your server was unable to locate the address?
If you are really wanting to know, send an e-mail to the same e-mail address from another e-mail address you create just for this purpose. If this e-mail goes through, then you will know the person has blocked you.
If this has to do with Yahoo! Answers inhouse mail, this has happened to me many times and appears to be a server error.
