How do you setup email forwarding in Exchange SErver?

I need to store %26amp; forward all emails from user x@company.com to y@company.com via exchange server.. I don't see any obvious place to do this.. any ideas?

How do you setup email forwarding in Exchange SErver?
Use a smtp contact. IN AD Users and Computers, Right click User %26gt; New %26gt; Contact.

Create A Alias address, and in the email box select modify and add the smtp address you are forwarding to.

Open the local delivery account (the account of the person you need to forwrd from your company), select Exchange General, then delivery options.

Click the forward to, select modify, and select the smtp contact. Hit ok all the way out and there you go!

Reply:Set up a rule (under tools I think but I don't have Outlook with me... ) in the user X outlook session to forward all mail to Y.

You do it through the client end (Outlook) not through Exchange... and you have to be using exchange protocol too.
Reply:According to my calculations....Unless you are the administrator of the server and can actually log into it, and check the Active Directory Snap in, then you cant unless you are using Microsoft Outlook on your computer, but then you would need to have Outlook open all the time. If you do have access to the server and the Active Directory Snap in, then just choose the user you want to forward from, and go to their properties. In their properties, you should see an Exchange General Tab. Go there and on the bottom somewhere, you will see a forward to area. Put the information in there you want and you are done!
Reply:Open up the Active Directory users and computers go to that user choose the Exchange General Tab, then Delivery options. Put the information in the Forwarding Address portion and choose deliver msg to both forwarding and mailbox
