I am trying to use mozilla thunderbird as an email server. My main email is a free yahoo mail account.?

whether is POP3 or IMAP is one of the questions. and the other is incoming and outgoing mail server names, ie, mail.example.net and smpt.example.net . Is all greek to me.


help...? what does yahoo free email account use or how to find out?
