i know yahoo charges $20 to be able to use the server with outlook or thunderbird or something. but what sites ARE free? i think i've heard maybe gmail or something?!

What email sites have a server that i can connect with thunderbird for free?!?
yes I have both my aol and gmail accounts setup in outlook works fine when you get everything right, that's a little trial and error but if you use the "add account" and "configure manually" you'll be alright.
now if only I can get yahoo to work with ypops I'll be in business, I get the folders to show up but they're empty
