If you're talking about your POP settings for your free mail account, unfortunately you do not have access to POP. You must have mail plus to have POP access to your @yahoo.com email address. If you do have mail plus, they would be:
POP3: plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
SMTP: plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com
